Richard Lyon - Staff Writer

Born in 1939, Richard is a true California original.  From his hometown of Pasadena, Richard and his family moved and lived throughout the Golden State when he was young.  His high schooling began in Coalinga, California.  With some college under his belt, Richard and his beloved wife Caroline moved to San Diego in 1960.  The following year, Richard joined the Navy.  Difficulty found Richard after he had worked for Pacific Bell for twenty years.  An injury to his spinal code forced him to retire from the company he had faithfully worked at for two decades.  Richard and Caroline Lyon have now been married for 47 years and are faithful to Christianity, their church and the people of San Diego, California
