Beverly Wyer - Government Affairs & Legislative Liason PDF Print E-mail
Beverly WyerTo many people, politics is boring and confusing.  For Beverly Wyer, she finds politics absolutely fascinating.  After all, politicians determine the taxes we pay and whether our country goes to war.  It all started in 1964 with Barry Goldwater running for president against Lyndon Johnson.  From that time forward, Beverly was hooked.  While her sons did the dishes, Beverly Wyer was learning, walking precincts, working in headquarters and all of the other important behind-the-scenes work of a political campaign.  Also, she met alot of wonderful people who cared about America and that is very important to Beverly.

Beverly Wyer has three grown sons, six grandsons, one very special granddaughter, and one great-grandson.  The most important philosophical concept for Grandma Wyer is the fact that there is no separation of church and state.  Beverly believes that people do not turn off their beliefs after they leave their church or synagogue -- nor should they.  Mrs. Wyer advocates a truth which says, "No one is neutral on the subject!"  In the last few years, Beverly has grown closer to God as she realizes that the United States has been taken over by people who want want to eliminate God from all phases of our nation.  Beverly Wyer is a big advocate of encouraging young people to read the U. S. Constitution so that they, like this fighting grandmother and community activist, will learn the true meaning of patriotism and leadership.  Beverly's favorite quote: "Have your kids wash the dishes!"
